HappyPics respects the privacy of all participants in the photo promotions and all users of its site. HappyPics ensures that personal information is treated confidentially.

This Privacy Policy applies from May 25, 2018 to all personal data that HappyPics VOF (hereinafter: HappyPics) processes of participants in the photo promotions.
If you participate in the HappyPics photo campaign, make a purchase or provide personal data to HappyPics for any other reason, you expressly consent to the processing of your personal data in line with this Privacy Policy.

2. What data does HappyPics process and for what purpose
2.1 In the context of participating in the photo campaign and processing orders, the following personal data is processed:
- Name of parent/Name of supervisor; Name of child; Age of child; Address details; Email address; Telephone numbers; Preferred print of the photos (colour/black and white/mix) Recording of how you get to know us, such as Social Media, Friends/family and/or other advertising communications; Permission to use the photos for Facebook, Website and/or other advertising communications. 2.2 HappyPics processes the personal data referred to in sub 2.1 for the following purposes: a) Parent's name/supervisor's name, child's name, telephone number and e-mail address are used for contact about participation in the photo campaign. b) your name, address details, e-mail address and telephone number is used to send orders;c) your name and bank account number are used to settle payments for purchased services.2.3 Your name and telephone number will be used for a maximum of one year after the end of the agreement to ask you about your experiences with HappyPics, to inform you about the developments of HappyPics and to keep you informed of new photo promotions.
3.1 E-mail notification (opt-out):
HappyPics uses your name and email address to send you its email newsletter with information about activities, services and other interesting information about HappyPics. You can unsubscribe from these mailings at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the mailing.
4.1 Retention periodsHappyPics processes and stores your personal data and photo material for a maximum of 24 months after the end of the photo campaign. The personal data including photo material will then be deleted/destroyed.

For the processing of personal data, HappyPics uses third-party services, so-called processors. We have a processing agreement with the processor.
